All Big Kollege products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering.

We WILL replace or refund your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• Your item has a printing or manufacturing defect

• You received the wrong item

To request a replacement, email us at bigkollege@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

We stand behind our products and want every customer to love what they receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
